Who we are

This waitlist is run by Systems & Profits. Questions about this policy or your information go to support@systemsandprofits.co.

What we collect

• The first name, email address, and phone number you enter on the waitlist form.
• Whether you opted in to text messages.

How we use it

• To send you launch updates, your early-access invitation, and founding-price offers.
• To send text messages, only if you opted in (see SMS Terms below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, such as our CRM, email and text-messaging platform, and website hosting, and only so they can provide those services to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Terms

If you check the text-message box on our form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Systems & Profits at the number you provided, about our launch and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@systemsandprofits.co.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your choices

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
• To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email support@systemsandprofits.co.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
